<p><strong>Malzemeleri;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>250-300 gram köftelik yağsız kıyma</li>
<li>Köfte için 1 kuru soğan</li>
<li>1 çay bardağı haşlanmış ve ıslatılmış nohut</li>
<li>4-5 taze yeşil biber</li>
<li>3-4 domates</li>
<li>1 yemek kaşığı salça</li>
<li>Sade yağ, tuz</li>
<li>Kırmızı pul biber, karabiber, kimyon ve kıyılmış maydanoz</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hazırlanışı;</strong></p>
<p>Bulgur ile kıyma karıştırılarak yoğrulur ve fındık büyüklüğünde el ayasında yuvarlanır ve ortası bastırılarak çukur oluşturulur ve yemeğin kendi suyunda haşlanır. Doğranmış baş soğan, taze biber, yağda çevrilir ve 1 yemek kaşığı un eklenir, salçalı ürün kaynatılır köfte ve nohut ortama konulur, tuz ayarı yapılır ve bir süre ateşte bekletilir. Yemeğin yüzeyine nane, kırmızı pul biber ve kıyılmış maydanoz eklenir ve servise sunulur. Köftedeki çukurlara yemeğin yağı rahatça girdiğinden dolayı yemek sulu yağlı köfte olarak adlandırılır. Öneriler: Sıcak servis edilmelidir.</p>
