<p><strong>Malzemeleri;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 kg. kemikli et</li>
<li>1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ</li>
<li>Soğan</li>
<li>Maydanoz, karabiber</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hazırlanışı;</strong></p>
<p>Yağlı kemikli et, küçük parçalara ayrılıp yıkanır, suyu iyice süzülür. Bir tencerede suyunu çekinceye kadar kavrulur. Bir çay bardağı sıvı yağ ilave edilir ve biraz daha kavrulur. Sonra ılık su eklenip kapağı kapatılır. Önceden soyulmuş 20-30 arpacık soğan ile bir başka tabakta hazırlanan salçalı su ilave edilir. Etin üzerini örtecek kadar sıcak su konur ve pişinceye kadar kısık ateşte kaynatılır. Ara sıra karıştırılır. Et ve soğanlar pişince ocaktan alınır. Servis yapılırken kıyılmış maydanoz ve karabiber serpilir. Genellikle bulgur pilavıyla birlikte servis yapılır.</p>
