<p>Yapımı o kadar zor olmayan tarifimiz ellerinizle buluştuğunda daha da lezzetlenecektir.</p>
<p><strong>Malzemeleri;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 kg. az yağlı kuzu eti</li>
<li>200 gr.kuyruk yağı</li>
<li>100 gr.biber</li>
<li>3-4 adet domates</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hazırlanışı;</strong></p>
<p>Sacın üzerine önce kuyruk yağı atılır.Yağ pembeleşince üzerine yassı şekilde ve 2cm çapında doğranmış yağsız kuzu eti eklenir. Yüksek ateşte kavrulduktan sonra,üzerine doğranmış biber eklenir.</p>
<p>Domatesler soyulup küp küp doğranır ve suyunu biraz salınca kalın lavaş ekmekler büyük parçalar halinde etin üzerine bandırılır, çok hafif ıslanınca hemen üst üste ayrı kaba konur. Et bu işlemden sonra 3 dakika daha kavrulur ve ateşten alınır, önce alınan ekmekler ile sıcak servis yapılır</p>
