<p><b>Malzemeleri;</b></p>
<p><b>Eti için; </b></p>
<ul>
<li>2 kg kuşbaşı doğranmış kuzu eti</li>
<li>1 adet orta boy büyüklükte kuru soğan</li>
<li>1 paket margarin (250 gr)</li>
<li>½ kahve kaşığı toz tarçın</li>
<li>1 tatlı kaşığı tuz</li>
<li>5 adet orta boy yeşil sivri biber</li>
<li>2 adet orta boy domates</li>
<li>5-6 su bardağı su</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Pilavı için; </b></p>
<ul>
<li>4 su bardağı pilavlık iri pirinç</li>
<li>1 tatlı kaşığı tuz</li>
<li>6 su bardağı su</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Hazırlanışı :</b> İnce kıyılmış kuru soğan, margarin, tarçın, tuz, kabuğu soyulup doğranmış domates kuşbaşı etle karıştırılıp, 40-45 cm çapında 4-5 cm kalınlığında kenarı olan yuvarlak bir tepsinin ortasında koyulup üzerine sivri yeşil biberleri yerleştirerek, 20-25 cm çapında, 28-20 cm derinliğinde, ateşe dayanıklı porselen veya metal bir tas kapatılarak 5-6 su bardağı sıcak su ilave edilip, ağır ateşte 45 dakika pişirilir.</p>
<p>Tası hiç açmadan kenarındaki artan et suyu, başka bir kaba alınır, bu et suyu dahil olmak üzere 6 su bardağı sıcak su, ocaktaki tepsiye geri boşaltılır. Ayıklanıp yıkanmış 4 s bardağı pirinç, tepsideki tasın etrafına boşaltılarak, 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz serpilip, pirinçler suyunu çekene kadar çevire çevire pişirilip, ocaktan indirilir, üzeri kapatılarak 10 dakika dinlendikten sonra ortasındaki tas kaldırılıp servis yapılır. Etini pişirirken suyu azalırsa, biraz daha su ilave edilir</p>
