<p><strong>Malzemeleri;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 Adet bıldırcın</li>
<li>50 gr. tereyağı</li>
<li>2 adet patates</li>
<li>1 diş sarımsak</li>
<li>1 adet yeşilbiber</li>
<li>1 adet soğan</li>
<li>Karabiber ve tuz</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hazırlanışı;</strong></p>
<p>Bıldırcının tüyleri yolunup tütsülenir ve güzelce yıkanır. Düdüklü tencerenin dibine tereyağı konur ve bıldırcınlar yağda hafif kızartılır. Üzerine 2 su bardağı su, 1 soğan, 1 diş sarımsak ve karabiber, tuz eklenir. 25 dakika pişirilir.</p>
<p>Tencereden çıkartılarak mini fırın tepsisine alınır. Halka halinde kızartılan patates, yine halka halinde kesilen biber ve domates tepsiye dizilerek pembeleşinceye kadar bekletilir. Bakır tabağa alınarak özenle tanzim edilir. Sıcak servis yapılır.</p>
